This puzzle consists of 3 relatively simple looking pcs as show in the photo. Two are shaped like a "C" and the third like an "O". The will come assembled in the knott like object seen in the main photo. Your goal is to first get the pieces apart, and then get them back together. This is one of the simple looking puzzles that it turns out is not so simple.... 5 to 10 minutes would be a normal solution time, but its a fun challenge that most people will want to tackle. Where are your products made?

Our puzzles and games are handcrafted with care. Most are made in the USA by the Janelle family; some are crafted by friends in Canada, Japan and Mexico and some right here in Albuquerque. Be sure to ask for recommendations.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

We offer free shipping on US orders over $200, typically dispatching within 2 business days, often sooner. For items not immediately available, we'll reach out to discuss your options. Our shipments within the U.S. are primarily through USPS Priority Mail, with UPS for larger packages, aiming for a 2-4 day delivery.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly. We strive for transparency in shipping costs, keeping them close to actual with a minimal handling fee.

Your satisfaction is paramount. If you’re not happy with your purchase, items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Contact us for return authorization and instructions.
